Taxes 1 thousand to legalize gold || AndNewsBD

The National Board of Revenue (NBR) has imposed a total of Taka 1 thousand to legalize gold. The announcement was made in a NBR notification on Tuesday.

According to the new rules, every 1,000 gold and gold jewelery will cost Tk 1,000, diamond 6 thousand and rupees 50 rupees.

The company further said, according to the gold policy, the declaration of authorized dealers, traders in the audit and storage and declaration of income tax on gold, diamonds and silver has been reduced. Of course, if the government has to get the discounted approval, the conditions will be met. The conditions are that the businessman has to take tax identification number (TIN) and submit the return. Announcement of gold, silver and diamonds, announced by June 30, will be taxed by declaring.

To reduce the income tax rate of gold, silver and diamond traders, this notification will continue until June 30.
